Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AI Travel Studio, operated by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

AI Travel Studio places a person from a photo you upload into photorealistic scenic and landmark backgrounds. Results are AI-generated composites: they are creative renderings, not photographs of real trips, and must not be presented as genuine travel records or used to mislead anyone.

Your photos

You keep ownership of photos you upload. Only upload photos of yourself or of people who have given you permission. You grant us the license needed to process your uploads and deliver your creations. Do not use the service to create deceptive imagery of real people or events.

Credits and payment

Generation features consume credits sold in packs on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, used credits are not refundable; unused pack credits remain on your account while it is active.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
