AI Travel Studio is operated by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the service collects and how it is used.

Information we collect

Account information from Google sign-in (name, email address, profile image). Photos you upload to be placed into scenic backgrounds, the destination presets you select, and the edited travel snapshots the service generates for you. Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use information

To generate your travel snapshots, save your creations to your gallery, manage credits and billing, prevent abuse, and improve the service. Uploaded photos are processed by our AI provider (MuAPI) solely to produce the edited images you request.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: MuAPI (AI image processing), Stripe (payments), and Google (sign-in). We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your uploaded photos to train models.

Retention and your choices

Your creations are kept in your gallery while your account is active. You may delete creations in the product, and you may request deletion of your account data through the contact options on bookaistudio.com.

Changes
